Dr Tuyet Nguyen , I can only testify has enabled me to understand, certain personal lifetime behaviors. Behaviors, which were a consequence of severe traumatic experiences, as an adolescent, that resulted in memories buried for decades. Behaviors which, while eccentric, still allowed me to have a good and productive life. However nothing remains the same forever.

For me, a severe concussion resulted in those long buried, decades old memories of traumatic experiences to resurface in ways physiological, and therefore impossible to ignore.

Upon our first session, Dr Tuyet Nguyen, without hesitation , was able to recognized the nature of my adolescent experiences, memories, providing a path for me to understand, that the traumas I remembered were not imagined. And that they were worthy of mature consideration. Resolution, reintegration of self was indeed possible.

I have been going to this clinic for almost a year. They have helped me get better in my personal and professional life. The office is really nice and calming. There are two providers and both seem to be very nice. My provider is really great. It has helped me a lot. I would recommend it to anyone seeking mental health support.

I have been seeing Vidhu Menon for a couple months now. From the first visit I felt completely comfortable talking to her. She is very accepting and understanding. It feels like sitting down for coffee and talking with a friend. It’s a comforting feeling knowing I can go into a session with her and know that she has my best interest in mind. We talked about the medications that I have tried in the past and the one that I am currently on. She suggested a new medication and i could feel the difference right away. She has also made suggestions about vitamins and other steps to help with my mental health. I am extremely happy that I reached out and made that first appointment. I will and have recommend making an appointment ASAP.

I haven’t met a psychiatrist that cares about me as much as Dr. Tuyet, she’s so down to earth and genuine. I’ve only been seeing her a few weeks and when she first saw me I was really shut down and cried my whole appointment, she was quick to evaluate my current meds and make a plan that is already helping me. I have met Vidhu and she’s so kind and the whole office just feels like a home which is comforting for me. I don’t feel judged and Dr Tuyet is so encouraging and really wants to see me happy. I think a lot of people can benefit from reaching out to the office and talking to anyone there to better their mental health. - KM

When I started coming to Zen behavioral health, I was very broken. I had no sense of hope or stability in my mental health. I recommend this place to anybody that is searching for a new psychiatrist or for one in general. When I first showed up at zen it was the most heartwarming place I’ve ever walked into. (Specially a place for psychiatry) It made me feel calm immediately and felt very homey with calming meditation music playing. Coming from a place that shows absolutely no care for their patients and coming into a place that shows the utmost respect and show me love. She has never made me feel judged for a minute if anything there has always been a solution. Also very flexible!! I highly recommend Zen to anyone looking for a change for the better.! I highly recommend Zen Behavioral clinic when I first met Tuyet she made me feel so comfortable. I was going through a tough time and she helped me realize this situation was not good because of that. I’m happier now.

I had been doing everything right in regards to my mental health, but it wasn't helping and I was struggling to get through the day. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she literally changed my life. Dr. Nguyen is incredibly warm and accessible. She wants to hear from you and will bend over backwards to meet with you ASAP and at a time convenient for you. It's hard to find that in a doctor these days. My only regret is that I waited this long to get help!
