Zen Behavioral Health Clinic is a private practice that specializes in treating acute and chronic mental illnesses including addiction and pain management. Our goal is to provide patient centered care and evidence based treatments in a relaxed and comforting environment. Zen Behavioral Health believes in working with the individual and those close to the patient to achieve optimal care that is customized to the patient’s needs.

We are a group of nurse practitioners (who are able to assess, diagnose and prescribe medications) and therapists providing psychotherapy and counseling services. Our services are offered to patients from New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We know it is difficult to connect and get an appointment with a mental health provider nowadays, so it is our hope to make the process as convenient, efficient and flexible as possible for you and your family.

Insurance & Payment Details 

We accept most insurances and private pay.

Insurances Accepted (In Network): 

Optum, Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, Anthem/BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Medicare, NH Healthy Families, Wellsense, Ambetter, Masshealth, Tufts and Aetna.

​Clients are responsible for confirming coverage and financial responsibility with their insurance plan prior to receiving services. Please call your insurance member services line on the back of your insurance card to confirm coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.

We make every effort to provide our patients our undivided attention during appointments. Please notify the office as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel/reschedule. We do charge a $75 no show fee for appointments that are missed or not rescheduled at least 24 hours prior.
