Kristina Brown

Kristina Brown is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She believes in treating patients as a whole person and not just a list of symptoms or complaints. She believes that by engaging and gaining trust with patients that she is able to maintain a professional, yet effective, relationship with her patients to help provide the most meaningful care. She uses evidenced-based practice to provide the safest and most effective care to her patients.

Kristina’s specialty is in mental health and addiction medication. She is passionate about the fight to end the opioid epidemic. She is a certified Buprenorphine prescriber. 

She is also experienced in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, addition, and PTSD. 

Education and experience

Kristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and her Master’s Degree in Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from MCPHS University.  She also earned a post graduate certification in Telehealth Medicine from MCPHS University. She has worked in various health care settings including inpatient, outpatient, addiction medicine clinics, telehealth mental health care.
